Registered Nurse Supervisor (Part Time) - Pediatric Clinic

Essentia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as ambulatory care supervisor for the pediatric practices at our South University Clinic in Fargo, North Dakota and The Lights Clinic in West Fargo, North Dakota. This RN is salaried and works 8 am to 5 pm, three days a week. Responsibilities will be shared with another part time supervisor. Weekends and holidays are typically not required. On-call is required for medication unit temperature alarms, and the supervisor does need to be reachable by phone or digitally when not working. Provides oversight of the daily operations of multiple assigned departments and sites, including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as provides input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy.
