• Partner with the SUD team. Work closely with CASAC counselors, peer advocates, and social workers to keep patients engaged in care.

• Document to standard. Keep accurate, timely nursing records that meet OASAS and New York State requirements, with AI copilots assisting.

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited nursing program

• Active New York State license as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in substance use disorder services, or 3 years of direct experience providing care to individuals with substance use disorders

• Familiarity with evidence-based SUD practices: Motivational Interviewing, the OASAS LOCADTR level of care determination, and administration and monitoring of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

• Ability to deliver care that is strength-based, trauma-informed, and tailored to each patient's recovery goals

• Strong knowledge of New York community resources, Medicaid/Medicare, and recovery support systems

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
