About this role
NeuLife Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to individuals with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions. Record vital signs and maintain accurate medical records. Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living as needed. Perform wound care and other nursing treatments within scope of practice. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes. Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines. Participate in emergency response procedures as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current Louisiana LPN license in good standing. CPR/First Aid certification required. IV Certification preferred. One year of nursing experience preferred. Experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or neurological care is a plus.
