Charge Nurse Position

As a Charge Nurse, your primary responsibility is to supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Collaborate with the health care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer prescribed medications, record medical information, and vital signs. Assist patients with daily tasks, promoting independence and self-esteem. Manage geriatric syndromes and educate family members in implementing best practices for older adults.
