Seeking a dedicated RN to work FT at a residential adolescent group home program in Kennesaw, GA. Five
• 8 hour shifts and every other weekend, 11:00A-7P. 2 weeks orientation REQUIRED. Starting Pay is $35/RN + additional $$ with years of experience in nursing.
• Shift Differential: additional $3/hr on Nights/Weekends. As an RN/LPN, you will provide direct care nursing and will also be responsible for administering medications, providing medical treatments, completing admissions, and actively engage with the youth served and their families/guardians. Devereux Georgia provides intensive residential treatment in a secure setting for youth, ages 10 to 21, who are facing significant emotional, behavioral and intellectual/developmental challenges.
Requirements
Completion of RN program and current Georgia Nursing License required (LPN also accepted)
Six months to one year of Nursing experience highly preferred
Experience in psychiatric nursing with children or adolescents is a plus
Must be minimum of 21 years of age
Valid Driver's License
Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results
Overnight availability, 6:30p-7am, every other weekend (Sat/Sunday) availability and holidays required
Must complete a two-week paid new hire orientation class in Kennesaw, GA
