About this role
Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs to join their supportive, resident-focused care team. The facility is a 120-bed state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The Registered Nurse is responsible to plan and deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care. Major duties include assessing, planning and evaluating nursing care, directing and supervising care provided by other nursing personnel, maintaining documentation requirements, and providing patient/family education. Requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.

- . Maintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use (i.e. monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.). Maintains confidentiality and compliance with patient/resident rights, relating to all patient/resident/personnel information. Provides patient/resident/family/caregiver education as appropriate and/or directed. Conducts self in a professional manner in compliance with unit and facility policies . Works rotating shifts, holidays and weekends as scheduled.
