About this role

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas. The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for assigned patients including assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy and/or related nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting.
