AVIR at Baird is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our family! We are searching for a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor who thrives in an environment where dedicated team members bring comfort, dignity, and exceptional care to those who need it most. The primary purpose is overseeing nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring and providing quality resident care, compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to staff.

Requirements

  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
