Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and visionary RN Nurse Manager to lead our Bridges Acute Care Inpatient Psychiatric Unit, a specialized inpatient behavioral health program dedicated to providing safe, evidence-based, recovery-oriented care for adults experiencing acute psychiatric crises. As the Nurse Manager for Bridges, you will have the unique opportunity to lead a highly skilled interdisciplinary team in a dynamic behavioral health environment that focuses on patient safety, stabilization, therapeutic engagement, and successful transitions of care. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse leader who is passionate about behavioral health, caregiver development, quality improvement, regulatory excellence, and fostering a culture of compassion and dignity for individuals living with mental illness.
The Nurse Manager is accountable for the delivery of high-quality nursing care, operational excellence, workforce engagement, and the administrative management of a 24-hour inpatient psychiatric unit with oversight of more than 50 FTEs. This leader will collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, therapists, pharmacists, case managers, and executive leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and an outstanding caregiver experience.
