Our mission, at Crest Nursing Home, is to improve the lives of the residents we serve. We believe in Dignity, Integrity, Service, Compassion, and Respect. We are seeking Full- Time RN or LPN to join our team of exceptional and motivated caregivers for 2 night shifts and three afternoon shifts a week. (would consider doubles on case by case application) Night shift runs 9:45pm-6:15am, afternoon runs 1:45pm-10:15pm We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference in the lives of those around them, want to be challenged and rewarded. Could consider a double or 2 and work 3-4 days a week. Would also consider a full-time night nurse at 40 hours. Requirements: Must be a graduate in good standing from an accredited nursing program; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensed LPN or LPN. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served. Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept. Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents. Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to nurse or supervisor. Must be CPR certified.
