About Us: The LECOM Institute for Successful Living is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor with the LECOM Institute for Successful Living, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nursing care to our patients. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled individual who is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. Ask about our Retention Bonus for Registered Nurses: **$5,000 to $12,000 first year BONUS with 5 year potential of $80K in total bonuses!** Tuition Reimbursement: In addition to the new bonus, the RN and LPN Tuition Reimbursement Program was created to assist LECOM Health employees by offsetting a portion of their educational expenses. Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses may be eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $22,000 . Inquire for plan details. Responsibilities: • Assess and monitor patients' health conditions. • Develop and implement nursing care plans. • Administer medications and treatments. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and procedures. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Qualifications: • Valid and current RN license in Pennsylvania. • CPR certification. • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Previous nursing experience is a plus.
