Responsibilities: • Assess and monitor patients' health conditions. • Develop and implement nursing care plans. • Administer medications and treatments. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and procedures. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Qualifications: • Valid and current RN license in Pennsylvania. • CPR certification. • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Previous nursing experience is a plus.
