Health Care Director A certified Great Place To work (voted by associates) 8 years in a row! We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead the nursing team as a Health Care Director. You will spearhead clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning and supervising the nursing staff. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive excellent direct care.

Requirements

  • Current LPN or RN nursing license in the state
  • Previous supervisory experience which includes management, coaching and health care services
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
  • Prior experience in supervising direct care staff (preferred)
  • Drug screening
  • Work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Assisted living facility experience
  • Healthcare infection prevention and control expertise
