Hybrid Clinical Leadership Role (Office & Field) Competitive Salary + Meaningful Work + Flexible Schedule. At Nuclear Weapons Advocates (NWA), we provide in-home nursing and caregiver services to former Department of Energy and uranium workers. Looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a hybrid leadership position combining clinical management with direct patient care. Responsibilities include clinical leadership, team development, direct patient care, and compliance. Requires active RN license in New Mexico, minimum 2 years home health experience or 3 years clinical nursing with 1 year supervisory experience.
