Requires active RN license in New Mexico, minimum 2 years home health experience or 3 years clinical nursing with 1 year supervisory experience.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico, in good standing
Minimum 2 years of home health experience, or 3 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
CPR Certification
BLS Certification
Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings
Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
Experience developing and managing patient care plans
