Home Health Registered Nurse position at Banner Health providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes in the Casa Grande/Pinal County, AZ area. Involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting nursing care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and serving as a nurse case manager. Training schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for the first 30-60 days, followed by flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options including weekend rotations.

Requirements

Current valid RN license in state of practice or compact RN licensure (NLC)
BLS Certification required
Valid driver's license and active auto insurance coverage
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required at time of hire and must be maintained
Experience in clinical area desired
Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions require minimum 1 year experience in acute care hospital setting within past 12 months
Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to area of work
Bachelor's degree preferred
