About this role
We seek a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse to join our growing home care team. As a supervisor of our caregivers, you will ensure senior citizens' well being and caregivers' success by providing care supervision and on-site training and support. The RN or OT will be responsible for developing plans of care with our clients, families, discharge planners, hospice agencies, and revise them in response to changes in status.
As a home care Nurse or Occupational Therapist you will Work with seniors to identify their care needs and understand how home care may help them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. The Ideal Nurse or Occupational Therapist will also Identify opportunities to improve and influence the care delivered by our home care team, while working closely with our dedicated management team to carry out our mission of improving the lives of those we serve.
