To qualify for the position, you will need
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- A caring & loving personality and demeanor
- Leadership and mentorship skills

- The ability to read, write & speak English
As a Registered Nurse (RN) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures. You will have all of the training, support, tools & equipment you need to provide the highest degree of quality care. Our team of nursing care professionals & mentors will be by your side every day, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Your responsibilities will include
- Enhancing the clinical care and quality of life of our residents. And ensuring that all resident rights are protected.
- Preparing and administering medications as ordered by the physician.
- Checking all residents daily to ensure that prescribed treatment is being properly administered by nursing personnel/assistants and to evaluate their physical and emotional status.
- Keeping the RN Supervisor informed about the status of residents, staff and related matters.
- Implementing recommended changes as directed by the RN Supervisor or the Director of Nurses.
- Administering professional services such as: catheterization, tube feeding, suction, applying and changing dressings/bandages, packs, colostomy and drainage bags, taking blood, sputum, and urine specimens, etc., as established by the facility's p
