Beach Breeze Rehab and Care is seeking an experienced and highly organized MDS Director (RN) to lead the facility's MDS program and ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellence in resident-centered care. This leadership role is essential in supporting appropriate clinical documentation, reimbursement optimization, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Minimum 2 years of MDS Coordinator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0, PDPM, Medicare regulations, and care planning processes
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment
