About this role
Aurora Behavioral Health System is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Intake Department on the Mid-Shift. The Intake RN plays a key role in the admissions process, ensuring safe, accurate, and compassionate evaluation of incoming patients in a behavioral health setting. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive nursing assessments, initiating and documenting individualized care plans, providing professional nursing care, educating patients and families, delegating tasks, and collaborating with physicians and behavioral health teams.
Qualifications include ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program, active Arizona RN license, must be 21 years of age or older, ability to pass background check and drug screening, and eligible for Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
