As a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care and supervision to our nursing staff on weekends
Developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure quality care and excellent patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Conduct quality assurance and performance improvement activities to promote continuous improvement
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and staff performance
Requirements
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oklahoma
