The primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to provide comprehensive patient care, including assessing residents, administering medications, monitoring health, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, while also supervising nursing staff.
Essential Duties and Job
Responsibilities
New patient assessments/admissions, patient assessment and care planning, medication administration and monitoring, vital signs and health monitoring, wound care and specialized care, supervision and training of LPNs and CNAs, communication and documentation, quality improvement.

- RN
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current, unencumbered, active RN license
- BSN preferred
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in long term care, geriatric rehab, sub-acute and/or critical care clinical setting preferred
- Experience in electronic medical records documentation
- CPR Certification
- BLS Certification
