Day Shift LPN
Sikeston Convalescent Center is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on day shift. The LPN will provide quality, resident-centered care while working closely with CNAs, RNs, physicians, residents, and families.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Complete accurate nursing documentation Supervise and support CNAs
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Follow all facility, state, and federal regulations and policies
Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents
Qualifications
Current Missouri LPN license
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
