About this role

Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Frisco at PGA Parkway. Join us in an extraordinary opportunity to be at the forefront of our new hospital in Frisco, Texas. Our new facility, spanning 340,000 square feet, will introduce a state-of-the-art facility, tailored to accommodate the evolving needs of our rapidly growing population.

Shift: FT Nights, two, 12-hour shifts per week, 7p-7a, self-scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

2 years Med Surg in an acute/critical care hospital. As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare. Help patients and prevent issues. Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
