Norman Regional Health System N eonatal I ntensive C are U nit is a 25 bed Level III unit with a Neonatal Ground Transport Team. We focus on family-centered care. We have 5 Neonatologist on staff.
RN essential functions include, but are not limited to
Collaboration with other health professionals, assessment, analyzing assessment data,
Establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care,
Delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions, and
Performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
In collaboration with the physician you will provide total patient nursing care by assisting, leading, and/or directing care with a multi-disciplinary team of care providers.
Cares for all ages of patients; infant to geriatric.
Education
