Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans.
  • Respond effectively to emergent situations and changing patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a relevant unit.
  • Active Registered Nurse license or eligibility for licensure.

  • Ability to adapt to changing patient care needs and work effectively in a team-based environment.
