About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team at Woburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our facility, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, while also collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring patients' conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our facility's commitment to excellence in patient care
  • Demonstrate a commitment to our facility's mission and values, and uphold our standards of excellence in patient care
