Registered Nurse (RN) Neuro Rehab FT Days - Charlotte, NC
Where You Will Work
Join our 24‑bed Neuro Rehabilitation Unit on the 4th floor at Carolinas Rehabilitation – Charlotte, where we provide specialized, patient‑centered care for individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, multi trauma, and other neurologic impairments. Our expert interdisciplinary team, which includes RNs, physiatrists, rehabilitation therapists, and support staff, work collaboratively to help patients regain function and achieve meaningful recovery. Our Brain Injury Program is CARF accredited and our unit offers an exceptional environment for nurses passionate about neuro‑focused, evidence‑based care.

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association 3-5 years of experience working as a RN Acute care and/or Med Surg experience is preferred

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
