Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas (or compact state)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN or ADN)
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Home health or hospice experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of OASIS and EMR charting preferred
- Knowledge of symptom management, palliative care, and end-of-life protocols
