*Job Summary*

Revella Health provides community-based preventive health screening services designed to make healthcare more accessible and convenient. We are seeking dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support our community mini clinics throughout the Birmingham area.

*Position Summary*

The Licensed Practical Nurse supports Revella Health’s preventive screening services during community mini clinic days. The LPN supports clinical screening stations and works within Revella Health’s clinical escalation protocols under the clinical supervision of the on-site Nurse Practitioner.

*Responsibilities*

  • Perform point-of-care A1c testing using CLIA-waived instruments.
  • Perform blood pressure checks using appropriate cuff sizing and technique and confirm elevated readings.
  • Administer and document PHQ-2 depression screenings.
  • Escalate all findings to the on-site RN or Nurse Practitioner and document the handoff.
  • Document screening results and handoffs accurately.

*Qualifications*

  • Active, unencumbered LPN license applicable to Alabama.
  • Comfortable performing point-of-care testing and supporting community clinic operations.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Dependable, professional, and detail oriented.
  • Reliable transportation to community clinic locations throughout the Birmingham area.
  • Ability to follow established clinical protocols and escalation procedures.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 – 10.0 per week
