Requirements
- Active New Hampshire RN license in good standing (compact/multistate accepted)
- Current AHA BLS/CPR certification
- Hospice or home care experience preferred
- Strong end-of-life symptom management and assessment skills
- Valid NH driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle for home visits
- Crisis intervention
- Terminal illness counseling
- Electronic health records (EHR) management
