Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Behavioral Health team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, exceptional patient care skills, and experience working in an Inpatient Behavioral Health Hospital. As a Registered Nurse at Aspire Hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, supporting patient recovery, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes through compassionate and expert nursing practices.

Duties

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories.
Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments following established protocols and safety guidelines.
Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation of patient care activities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients and their families on health management strategies including nutrition, medication administration, discharge planning, and health coaching.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license
Minimum 1 year Behavioral Health Experience REQUIRED
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
ACLS

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
