*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Behavioral Health team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, exceptional patient care skills, and experience working in an Inpatient Behavioral Health Hospital. As a Registered Nurse at Aspire Hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, supporting patient recovery, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes through compassionate and expert nursing practices.

*Duties*

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories.
  • Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments following established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation of patient care activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients and their families on health management strategies including nutrition, medication administration, discharge planning, and health coaching.

*Qualifications*

  • Valid nursing license
  • Minimum 1 year Behavioral Health Experience REQUIRED
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • ACLS
