- Associate's degree in nursing required

- 1-2 years of previous job experience

- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Illinois

- Specialty certification in a clinical or functional area of nursing granted by a national nursing organization is preferred
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF DIALYSIS EXPERIENCE
