RN Supervisor - Adult Day Care Center

Join our Adult Day Care Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor and become a vital part of enhancing the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities. You will provide comprehensive nursing care and coordinate medical services. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. We are not open in the evening or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history reviews to develop personalized care plans.

• Administer medications, g-tube feedings, wound care, manage pain episodes, implement behavioral health strategies, respond promptly to medical emergencies, and other duties as needed.

• Document medical using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants and LPN. Assign daily duties.

Experience

• Proven experience working as an RN in adult day care centers or long-term care facilities. Experience in staff management and quality control.

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities and behavioral health challenges.

• Skilled in using EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and patient care tracking.

• Ability to speak Spanish as a second language is highly preferred.
