Mt. Grant General Hospital is accepting applications for position of fulltime LPN in SNF department. Under the direction of the SNF Manager and Lead RN, the RN performs direct resident care tasks within the objectives, standards, and policies of the Acute and Lefa L Seran Skilled Nursing departments and within the parameters of his/her preparation. Acts in a role of charge nurse to CNA and PCT staff. Responsible for patient care tasks in the scope of practice, giving direction to staff and taking report from other nurses. Candidates should be interested in skilled patient care and prioritize teamwork in the facility
$32.50/hr - $42.00/hr DOE
SNF day shift 6:00pm-6:30am Nurse Rotation
$1.00/hr graveyard differential
$0.75/hr swing differential
Every other weekend off
Opportunity for OT

Possess and maintain a current RN license in the State of Nevada or Active RN License that can be transferred to Nevada AND
Maintain current certification in CPR and participate in annual mandatory training AND
Per NRS 449.179 and NRS 200.5091, successful applicant(s) must pass required state and federal background checks.
