At Johnson Memorial Hospital, the Administrative Nurse Supervisor provides overall on-site nursing and administrative leadership for the hospital. In this role, you will respond to emergencies, address patient and family concerns, coordinate staffing needs, and provide support and guidance to nursing staff across the organization. Provides both clinical and administrative oversight for hospital operations during assigned shift.
