About this role
We are looking for an outstanding MDS nurse to work closely with our facilities in NorCal- Stockton and Sacramento. This consultant will be responsible for providing expertise, leadership, modeling, and support for organization-wide initiatives. He/she will also work on the implementation and or evaluation of the facility's Quality Measurement and Performance Improvement program to ensure quality of resident care outcomes.

Requirements
- Current active RN license
- Current active RN license
- 3 years' experience as a registered nurse, one of which includes supervisory experience, preferred
- Experience with MDS completion and process
- Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC) Certification preferred
- RAC-CT
