Maine Veterans’ Homes is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Charge to join our Residential Care team. This is a working leadership position for an RN who enjoys providing clinical guidance, supporting a team, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our Veterans. As the RN Charge, you will provide leadership and clinical oversight throughout your shift, serving as a resource to our Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMAs) and Personal Support Specialists (PSSs). You will help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care while supporting your team in meeting the changing needs of those we serve. As a working leader, you will remain actively involved in resident care. This hands-on approach allows you to lead by example, stay connected to residents, and provide valuable support to your team. Requirements Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.
