Katmai Oncology is the only QOPI certified oncology practice in Anchorage. and the #1 choice for cancer care in Alaska. We are looking for an ONCOLOGY CLINIC NURSE to join our team!

The Oncology Clinic Nurse works closely with providers and support staff to provide quality patient care. Duties include ordering procedures & referrals, phlebotomy & vascular access, administering injections, evaluating laboratory and diagnostic tests, managing side effects and toxicities to related to treatment, providing education to patients and caregivers, facilitating care coordination, and collaborating with health care team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

Alaska RN License required

Nursing experience 1-2 years preferred

Oncology experience preferred

Oncology Nursing Certification preferred

BLS certification

4 or 5 days/week
