The Oncology Clinic Nurse works closely with providers and support staff to provide quality patient care. Duties include ordering procedures & referrals, phlebotomy & vascular access, administering injections, evaluating laboratory and diagnostic tests, managing side effects and toxicities to related to treatment, providing education to patients and caregivers, facilitating care coordination, and collaborating with health care team to ensure quality care.
