Directly involved in patient care through medical consultation, research, treatments, and education. Specializes in Cardiology and recommends appropriate course of treatment through medical diagnosis while working closely with the physicians.
Principal Accountabilities
Supervises treatments and obtains medical records, evaluates patients, order tests or scans, diagnoses diseases, and prescribes medications and prescriptions.
Provides medical consultation on both invasive and non-invasive cardiology procedures.
Specializes in cardiology and provides subject matter expertise and treatment courses on heart health and wellness.
Performs medical procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care, and managing infection.
Partners with physicians in developing treatment plans and advises physicians on changes in a patient's condition.
