Join us and find out how a little empathy changes everything. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a valued member of our growing team. What You'll Do 0.75 FTE.

60 hours bi-weekly 12-hour shifts with every third Saturday and every other holiday scheduled Flexible, unit-specific scheduling—no fixed or permanent schedules Clinic Location: Onalaska What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months patient care experience Current BLS CPR certification LPN role: LPN licensure to practice in the State of Wisconsin Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required within 18 months of hire

What You'll Get

Starting pay at $19.05 per hour for Certified Hemodialysis Technicians and $24.09 per hour for LPNs, with additional compensation for experience

• Shift differentials: $1.00 for PM shifts, $2.00 for night shifts, and $1.50 for weekends
