About this role
_Thrive Nursing currently has an immediate opening for RN/LPN for full-time nights Mon-Fri 11p-7a in Warren, AR. Excellent pay. This employee will provide skilled nursing care to a ventilator dependent pediatric patient. Care is always provided in a one-on-one setting, allowing the nurse to build long lasting relationships with their clients and make a tremendous difference in their quality of lives. We desire the following skills but will train you and help you grow your nursing skills and resume._

- _Assess patient, be able to perform, ventilator checks, trach care and suctioning_
- _G Tube care/feeds_
- _Vital signs, Administer medication._
- _Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing._
- _Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures._
- _Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Physicians_
- _Palliative care._
- _Make recommendations that might improve the patient’s quality of life._
- _Listen and respond to concerns or requests._
- _Other duties prescribed by physician and on clients care plan._
_Qualifications:_
- _Active Arkansas nursing license in good standing_
- _Strong communication and time-management skills_
- _Compassionate and friendly demeanor_
- _Complies with accepted professional standards and principles._
- _Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision._
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
