Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results driven Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our 46-bed Short-Term Rehabilitation Unit.

Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of a 46-bed short-term rehabilitation unit.
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
Ensure compliance with all NYS Department of Health and CMS regulations.
Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning.
Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, and resident satisfaction.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow.
Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, residents, and families.
Qualifications
Current NYS Registered Nurse License (RN)
Minimum of three (3) years of nursing management or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
Strong knowledge of Medicare, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team culture.

Requirements Current, active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience strongly preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience in a nursing setting preferred.
Ability to work full-time, day shift (7 a.m.–3 p.m.) with flexibility for occasional coverage or meetings as needed. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout an 8-hour shift; ability to assist residents with transfers and ADLs or direct staff in doing so. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.
New York State background check clearance (BCI) and New York State Health Commerce fingerprint clearance. Negative drug screening result. Current TB test (tuberculin skin test or equivalent) or documentation of immunity per facility policy.
COVID-19 vaccination status per facility policy, or approved medical/religious exemption. CPR certification (ACLS preferred) or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire. Ready to apply? takes about a minute.
