Registered Nurse (FT) Anthem Area. Duties include applying specific criteria for admission and re-certification, assessing terminal diagnosis impact on patient needs, developing individualized palliative plan of care, coordinating patient/family services, providing specialized hospice training, participating in on-call rotation, and performing duties consistent with the Nursing Practice Act.
