RegalCare at Glenridge is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center committed to high-quality, resident-centered care and strong clinical outcomes. Seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to coordinate and complete accurate, timely MDS assessments, manage the RAI process, support interdisciplinary care planning, ensure documentation supports quality outcomes and reimbursement, collaborate with nursing/therapy/administrative teams, and assist with audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in good standing
Prior MDS experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and RAI requirements
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Skilled nursing facility experience
Long-term care facility experience
CMS regulatory compliance knowledge
