Requirements • Active LPN license in Vermont (or eligible for licensure by endorsement). • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings. • Ability to work the scheduled night shift and weekends. • Graduation from an approved practical nursing program. • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
