RN Supervisor – Med Surg/Telemetry (5th Floor) at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Waxahachie. Leadership opportunity for experienced RN on 5th Floor Med Surg/Telemetry unit caring for medical-surgical, telemetry, cardiac, and surgical overflow patients. Schedule includes two 12-hour clinical shifts and two 8-hour administrative shifts. Key responsibilities include daily operations, staffing, patient flow, resource management, quality/safety initiatives, mentoring and coaching nursing staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and serving as clinical leader.
