Monday thru Friday with weekend rotation every 5-6 weeks. We support a work life balance! Extensive Orientation Program with on-the-job training. The particular service area that this position foresees is Nathalie, Cody, Crystal Hill, and surrounding area. Job Description: • provides necessary supervision, comprehensive evaluation, and treatment of Home Health patients • patient's needs shall be monitored ongoing and actions/reports completed as necessitated • promotes and ensures the improved outcomes of the patient’s clinical condition • provides supervision of LPNs and CNAs that assist in the patient's care Job Requirements: • All applicants must possess an RN license to work in the state of Virginia and CPR certified • Home Health experience is preferred, but not required • Must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation. Daily travel is required within the service area • Typing skills at an efficient pace to promote the Electronic Health Record • Highly organized and a Problem solver are key skills • Customer Service is always our priority to serve others in a kind and compassionate manner Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $36.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
