1st Care At Home is seeking a Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills, analytical thinking, and organization, with a passion for patient care to work on a full-time basis. Come join a team of healthcare professionals where our two top priorities are our patients and staff members! We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits! Monday thru Friday with weekend rotation every 5-6 weeks. We support a work life balance! Extensive Orientation Program with on-the-job training.

Job Description

provides necessary supervision, comprehensive evaluation, and treatment of Home Health patients

patient's needs shall be monitored ongoing and actions/reports completed as necessitated

promotes and ensures the improved outcomes of the patient’s clinical condition

provides supervision of LPNs and CNAs that assist in the patient's care

All applicants must possess an RN license to work in the state of Virginia and CPR certified

Home Health experience is preferred, but not required

Must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation. Daily travel is required within the service area
