About this role
Multiple openings in MedSurg and ICU! Full-time available! The RN, under the supervision of the Nurse Team Leader, is responsible for the nursing care of assigned patients and directs others (LPNs, Techs) in patient care.
Delivers care based on patient needs appropriate for the infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patient. Demonstrates an interest in a patient-centered approach to total nursing care. Must have demonstrated cooperation, flexibility, and resourcefulness when dealing with patients, visitors, physicians, and hospital personnel.
Will utilize the six steps of the nursing process that includes Assessment, Nursing Diagnosis, Identification of Patient Outcomes, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.

Alabama RN License required. Must have BLS certification within 30 days of hire. ACLS & PALS preferred. Must be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment and possess the ability to exercise sound judgment. Professional, positive demeanor, and excellent customer service skills are also required.
