We are seeking a License practical nurse/LPN to join our team of home health professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in private practice and be able to provide quality care to patients in their homes. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, providing education and support to patients and families, and monitoring patient progress. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and experienced professional to make a difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
