About this role
The registered nurses provides essential services to clients living in the community setting. They provide comprehensive assessment, education, and follow-up to keep them as safe and independent as possible at home. The RN plays in integral role in their overall health and well-being and works collaboratively with other members of the interprofessional team to provide and coordinate direct care for our clients.
