We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Nurse to support our Providers at the Craig County Health Center in New Castle, Virginia . This position works closely with our Family Practice Providers and clinical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing support to Family Practice Providers and clinical teams.
Assist with patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and other nursing services within scope of practice.
Support Providers with examinations, procedures, and care coordination.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, Providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
Assist with maintaining efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow established clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
Promote quality, safety, and continuity of patient care.
Previous Family Practice, primary care, or ambulatory care experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Proficient with EMR systems
